This expedition starts in Guwahati and exits in Dibrugarh,Assam.

• Guwahati and Dibrugarh are well connected by Flights and Trains.
• We will Pick you up from Guwahati Airport on Day 1 by 1000 am and travel to Kaziranga.
• We will align the pick up time with the group arrival time.

• On arrival, you can take an Ola / Uber to reach the reserved hotel for our tour.
• After 12 noon, you can check in at the hotel.
• Our welcoming / reporting session will start at 1600 hrs (4 pm) at the hotal.

We will assist you to prepare for the expedition in 3 ways

1. We will send you a Document with all the information. We call it the Expedition voucher.

2. We will send you a pre-recorded video presentation.

3. We will have a Video call (Zoom/ Google meet) to respond to your queries and concerns.

• We will provide well-maintained geared cycles.
• Gear ratio: 8*3
• Cycle Type: Tourer bike (Hybrid tire).
• Size: 18.5 & 19.5 with hight adjustable shaft (handle)
• **If your height is less than 5.2 feet please do talk to us for the specific arrangement.

• Yes, you can bring your cycles. Hand them over to us at the time of reporting. 
• We will charge INR4000/- less against the cycle rentals.
• Please note that we will take care of your cycles (from Dibrugarh hotel to hotel) in a similar way that we do for our rental cycles. 
• However, there is always a possibility to have some scratches or minor damage while transporting the cycles in the Bolero.
• Add on handling Charge for your cycle will be INR1000/-

• Throughout the expedition, homely, wholesome food will be available.
• We are vigilant about your food-related requirements.
• Vegetarian breakfast and lunch will be served.
• Dinner will be a spread of local/North-Indian cuisine. 
• However, at dinner, we provide a Non-veg option too.
• But please note there is no exclusive veg kitchen for the veg food.

• All mobile networks (except Vodafone) are well connected during our stay areas.
• However while we are on the road the network will be fluctuating.

• There will be a Backup vehicle, equipped with a Tool kit, Medical kit, First Aid Kit, and Emergency water supply.
• There will be a technician traveling with us while riding.
• There will be an expedition manager traveling with us to take care of any urgent needs and to maintain vigilance. 
• On this route, We are traveling in approximately 30-60 minutes driving proximity from basic Health care units / hospitals.

• We will have a backup vehicle throughout our expedition. 
• At any given time, we will be riding within a 50 km radius of the nearest hospital.
• There are several private ambulance services available along our route.

• November: Very pleasant. Ranging between 15 - 25℃.
• December & January:Winter in the Brahmaputra Valley.Temperature ranges between 10-20℃.during the daytime.It can occasionally be foggy during the morning and evening time.Such pleasant weather conditions make this period ideal for cycling.
• The cycling expedition will be operated till the month of March.
• February: will be warmer than January by 5/10 degrees. 
• March will be considered pleasantly warm with little rain.

• Yes. This expedition an easy-paced and recommended for leisure cycling.
• You can ride as per your capacity. You can wrap up the ride as per your choice and use the accompanying Tempo Traveller.
• The terrain is mostly flat surfaces, comfortable weather, and beautiful landscapes make even 50 km feel like an easy ride.

• Basic physical fitness.
• Familiarity with cycling.
• You need to log at least 50 km of total cycling within a month prior to the traveling date.

• Yes. We can arrange tour specific to your group.
• Based on the group size, the price will vary.

Yes. For the scheduled departure, you can avail the following discounts
1. INR 1000/- per person if registered as a group of 4 or more.

• It is a rare occurrence but if this happens we are committed to Roll out the tour for participation for as low as 2.
• However there will be a deviation of Price and Logistical arrangement. Please know more on the variation from our team.
